I've been trying to convince my shadow that I'm someone worth following.

Assalamualaikum.

Since everyone else (everyone else refers to Kak Lina and Kak Anis lol) is blogging about the Big Bad Wolf book sale, I suddenly had the mood to blog about books ngeh-heh. Plus, I'm grounded and bored and not in the mood to tweet and too lazy to read the new books that I bought. So yeah.. Here we go!

Dear books, thank you for existing.
Dear people who love books, I love you.

(lol whut irrelevant much)

Anyway... here's what I managed to get my hands on, during my little visit to the BBW.

From the top, The Book of (Even More) AWESOME. A book which mostly states all the awesome things in life most of us fail to notice. The Book of Hard Words, because my miniscule vocab sucks, heh heh. And Off By Heart, a book of poems I REGRET BUYING.

And oh because procrastinating seems to be pretty much the story of my life right now, and I've got to get my brain in shape for the dreadful not to mention life-ruining SPM, I figured I had to do something about my never ending procrastinations. Which explains this fella right here;

Pffffffttt that's not the truth of it I just happened to see it as I was walking by scanning all the books and I thought “hey this looks cool- eh this might come in handy- bruh I ain't goin home without dis.” so I picked it up and bought it ha ha but the reasons above seem more acceptable ha ha ha ha. Pardon me for judging a book by it's cover, but bleh that's pretty much what I do with all the other books I've bought. And all of them turned out to be miraculously superb so I see no reason to stop this habit. Furthermore the one book (Off By Heart) I decided not to judge by its cover turned out to be lame so I regret not judging a book by it's cover and I shall never do it again.

Shocking really, how a book lover like me bought so little at a book sale like this. I don't know, there were so many books I had a panic attack because I felt like I was drowning in all the books. Or probably because I found none of the books I was hoping I'd find there.

Oh and the whole time I was there I saw a zillion copies of Mitch Albom's For One More Day, the hardback covered type, for only RM8 and was constantly haunted by the money I've wasted buying the paperback version which robbed my wallet of RM32 ha ha ha ha ha ha ha /cries/

And because I didn't find any of the books I was (and still am) looking for, I planned to burn MIECC to ashes muahahahahaha but since I still have some sense of humanity left in me (lol) and some citizens still haven't had the chance to buy books for really, REALLY cheap prices, I decided not to. Nawwwwww I'm so nice I'm such a sweetheart ha ha ha ha ha.

And here are some cute little badges I wasted money on because they're so darn cute I couldn't restrain myself. But I don't regret buying them, even though I have no use for them he he he.

Well actually, I should be doing something productive right now... like brace myself for SPM maybe so ha ha slap me please.

I laughed so much in this post.. lol why shaa why

Peace be upon you cute little bookworms (and you not-so-cute people who are not bookworms lol)
